1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Email address: when you join our email list, request a demo, or contact us.
• Name and message content: when you submit a contact or support form.
• Account credentials: email and password or Google OAuth token when you create a blog comment account.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, and browser type via Google Analytics.
• Log data: IP address, request timestamps, and error logs collected by our hosting provider (Netlify).

Platform and product data (SenTeGuard Platform, Moyo)

Data processed through the SenTeGuard API proxy or the Moyo tool is governed by the separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) provided to enterprise customers. We do not use your LLM interaction data or reachability assessment data for any purpose beyond delivering the contracted service.

• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security threats.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

This website uses minimal cookies:

• Authentication cookies: set by Firebase when you log in to comment. Cleared when you log out.
• Analytics: Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (_ga, _gid) for session measurement. Google Tag Manager is also present.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Core site functionality does not require cookies.

• Email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
• Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
• Server logs: retained for up to 90 days by Netlify for security and debugging.
• Enterprise/platform data: per the terms of your DPA.

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

SenTeGuard is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our services you consent to this transfer. Enterprise customers may request data residency options in their DPA.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email to active subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
